Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of askneura.app and its subdomains, including the trading interface, Neura AI and Check OG (together, the "Interface"), provided by Neura ("Neura", "we", "us"). By connecting a wallet, signing the Neura agreement message or otherwise using the Interface, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
2. Who may use Neura
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Interface if you are subject to sanctions, located in a sanctioned or embargoed jurisdiction, or prohibited from using it by the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for complying with all laws, including tax obligations, that apply to your activity. We may restrict access from certain locations at any time.
3. The Neura Interface
The Interface is software that helps you read public blockchain data and prepare transactions for supported EVM networks, currently Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and BNB Chain. Neura does not operate those networks, does not control the smart contracts or liquidity you interact with, and is not a broker, exchange, custodian, money transmitter or fiduciary. Some features, including Swap and Pools, are marked "coming soon" and may be launched, changed or withdrawn at our discretion. Prices, balances and analytics come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
4. Wallets and self-custody
Your wallet is provided by a third party, not by Neura. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase and cannot access, freeze, reverse or recover your assets. Connecting a wallet and signing the Neura agreement message is gas-free and proves you control the address; it does not authorize any transfer. Every transaction you sign is your decision, is broadcast to a public blockchain and generally cannot be undone. Keep your keys safe — anyone with them controls your wallet.
5. Neura AI
Neura AI is an automated assistant. Its answers, risk checks and route suggestions are generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete. They are general information only and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a guarantee of any outcome. Always verify information yourself before acting. Do not share private keys, seed phrases or other secrets in a chat.
6. Check OG, allocations and referrals
Check OG reviews public on-chain activity of a verified wallet across supported networks and assigns a Neura allocation between 10 and 1,000 Neura. Each wallet is checked once and the result is final. An allocation is a record of eligibility only: it is not a token, security, payment, investment contract or promise of future value, and no Neura token currently exists. Any future distribution, if one occurs, will be subject to separate terms, eligibility rules and applicable law, and may require additional verification. We may refuse, void or adjust participation in cases of fraud, Sybil activity, automated abuse, manipulation of referrals or breach of these Terms. Referral codes are personal; creating multiple wallets or accounts to inflate referrals is prohibited.
7. Connected accounts
You may optionally link an X account to your verified wallet. Linking is subject to X's own terms. We use the link only to identify you within Neura and to support community tasks; we do not post on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time through X's settings.
8. Prohibited activity
You agree not to: violate any law or sanction; launder money or finance terrorism; manipulate markets (including wash trading, spoofing or front-running other users); use the Interface to infringe others' rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Interface or its servers; tamper with Check OG results, referrals or wallet verification; impersonate others; upload malicious code; or help anyone else do any of these things.
9. Fees and gas
Neura does not currently charge an interface fee. Network ("gas") fees are paid to the relevant blockchain, not to Neura, and are non-refundable even when a transaction fails. If we introduce an interface fee, it will be shown to you before you confirm a transaction.
10. Assumption of risk
Digital assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. Smart contracts may contain bugs or be exploited; tokens may be fraudulent, illiquid or impersonate legitimate projects; trades may suffer slippage, price impact or MEV; bridges and networks may fail, fork or halt; and laws affecting digital assets may change. Liquidity providers face impermanent loss. You use the Interface entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for evaluating every token, transaction and counterparty.
11. Intellectual property
The Neura name, logo, designs, text and software of the Interface are owned by Neura or its licensors. You may use the Interface for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, sell or create derivative works from our branding or content without permission. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.
12. Third-party services
The Interface relies on and links to third-party services, including wallet providers, WalletConnect/Reown, public RPC nodes, block explorers, market-data providers, AI model providers, X and Telegram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
13. Disclaimers
The Interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any data, AI output, allocation or price is correct, or that the Interface will be secure or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neura and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, digital assets, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Interface, any transaction, any AI output or any third-party service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neura and its contributors from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Interface, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Disputes
Before starting any formal claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually, not as a class or representative action. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live.
17. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the Interface means you accept the update, and material changes may require you to sign a new agreement message. We may suspend or end access to any part of the Interface at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 6, 10 and 13–16) survive termination.
