Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

We collect as little as we can. No email, no name, no password — your wallet is your account. We never see your private keys, we don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers.

1. Our approach

This Privacy Policy explains how Neura ("we", "us") handles information when you use askneura.app (the "Interface"). It should be read with our Terms of Service. Neura is built for self-custody: there is no sign-up form, and your connected wallet is your only identity.

2. Information we collect

  • Wallet address and signature. When you connect, we receive your public wallet address. When you accept the Neura agreement, we store the signed message and agreement version to prove ownership and consent.
  • Check OG results. Your wallet's final allocation, score and a snapshot of the public on-chain data used to calculate it, plus any referral code you use or receive.
  • Connected X account. If you link X, we receive your X user ID, handle and display name, and store an encrypted connection key. We request read-only access.
  • Neura AI conversations. Messages you send and responses generated, saved to your wallet so you can return to your chats.
  • Technical data. Standard request information such as IP address, browser type, device information and error logs, processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the Interface.

3. What we do not collect

We never collect your private keys or seed phrase. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or government ID, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How we use information

We use information to: provide and secure the Interface; verify wallet ownership; calculate and store Check OG allocations and referrals; run Neura AI and keep your chat history; detect fraud, Sybil activity and abuse; comply with law; and improve reliability and performance. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising.

5. Public blockchain data

Blockchains are public. Your address, balances and transaction history on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain and other networks are visible to anyone and are not controlled by Neura. We read this public data to calculate Check OG. Linking your wallet to an X account may make it easier for others to associate your activity with you.

6. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run Neura, under obligations to protect it: cloud hosting and database providers, WalletConnect/Reown for wallet connections, public RPC and block-explorer services for on-chain reads, market-data providers, AI model providers that process your Neura AI messages, and X when you choose to link it. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or Neura, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

7. Cookies and browser storage

We use a strictly necessary, encrypted session cookie to remember your verified wallet, and browser storage to keep your wallet connection, preferences and page state. We do not use advertising cookies. Clearing your browser storage or disconnecting your wallet removes local data; you may then need to sign the agreement again.

8. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Check OG allocations are final records and are kept for as long as the program and any related distribution run. Neura AI chats are kept until you ask us to delete them. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted sessions and connection keys, server-side access controls and locked records for final allocations. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for the security of your wallet and devices.

10. Your choices and rights

You can disconnect your wallet or unlink X at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal information. Some on-chain data cannot be changed or deleted by anyone, and final Check OG records may be kept where needed to prevent fraud. Contact us to make a request; we may ask you to sign a message to prove you control the wallet.

11. Children

Neura is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

13. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Material changes will be highlighted in the Interface.
